The kennel Arlet Star was founded in 2006, mainly because my first female LR Arleta. At that time I planned to mate her, but unfortunately I later found out she has health issues (joints, she underwent elbow surgery), for which I did not want to use her for breeding. Despite this issue Arleta has always been cheerful and never wanted to stop working, she loves hunting in the snow. At the end of 2006 I suddenly brought another female from Austria. I was informed about her three weeks prior to collection, but my decision was made within seconds. I was captivated the idea of her and now I know why. She is a little devil with tremendous energy and incredibly loving nature. I'd love to watch her at work especially on the hunts. She is extremely focused and incredibly fast in any terrain. Arleta od Drexlerova mlýna is my first bitch of Labrador retriever which I chose from the first litter our dog D'Artush z Bánovského háje. Arleta is a very smart and nice yellow bitch who has kept of surprised with her tricks since her childhood. This temperamental bitch with balanced character and with a big appetite for work is perhaps never tired. Arleta was undergone several hunting tests in the Czech Republic but our hearts prefere WTs and real hunts. Unfortunately we had to stop our training for health reasons. Now we are returning to the fitness and skill level like before the operation. Arleta loves retrieving everything at anytime, this is her idea of a happy life and I'm trying to fulfill this wish. By training her I have learned and realized with her many things concerning the lives of retrievers which I devote all my free time. I am very happy that she is my introduction to the world of retrievers.


Woodquarter Gundogs´ Alabama "Ferrari" is my first working bitch from FT line which I brought from Austria. She is the first working dog from FT line in the Czech Republic and I thank very much to the breeder Wolfgang Harrer that he consigned her to me. Her name Ferrari accurately describes her character.She has wonderful movement that literally fascinated me immediately. She loves hunts and water. Ferrari is a black temperament bitch of lighter type which is typical of the working lines. She is a very lovely and sensitive girl who immediately found out how to get to me. I was really surprised how different in character from other retrievers I have met till that time. I brought her mainly for work and I must say that working with her is a great experience for me. She is very clever and smart bitch with great taste in everything. I'm so glad that I was lucky and have Ferrari at home. Today I know the all my next dogs will be surely from the FT line. I believe that in the Czech Republic will soon be more dogs from these lines. They are really worth it!
